It can roast up to 500-600 kg of coffee beans per 8-hour working day. The roaster can be powered by either electricity or gas. Coffee roasting takes place using thermal roasting and simultaneous hot air roasting technology in a ratio of 70% to 30%, which guarantees reliability and roasting quality. It is ideal for roasting specialty coffees. It is not demanding in terms of maintenance (cleaning the ventilation system every 500 kg of roasting, lubricating the bearings every 4-5 tons of roasting).
